Frequently asked questions
We have been supplying customers since 1976, and our friendly, knowledgeable team are always happy to help with any questions about our products. Our new website specialises in Kidoodle products, filled party bags, activity pads and children's food boxes, making it easy to order for parties, schools, PTAs, community groups, charities, events and family celebrations.
If after reading our FAQs you still have a question, please contact us at info@kidoodle.co.uk. Emails are usually responded to up until 7pm. To contact us by phone, please call 01842 824505 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and select from one of the options given.
If you are a business wishing to offer us a service, or you wish to supply us, please email us and your enquiry will be passed to the appropriate manager. We will respond by email if we wish to have more information. Please do not call us, as the above number is for customer use only.

Who do you accept orders from?
We accept orders from individuals, parents, event organisers, schools, PTAs, community groups, charities and businesses. You do not have to be a business to order from us.
If you are a high-volume buyer, or you are ordering regularly for a school, organisation or multiple events, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
Do I need to register to place an order?
Registering is quick and easy, and means your details can autofill next time you order. If you need any help registering or placing an order for the first time, please call us on 01842 824505 during office hours.
To order, browse the website, click on the product you would like, select the quantity required and add it to your basket. You can view or amend your basket at any time before checkout.
If you wish to add delivery notes, such as opening times, school office instructions or details for a hard-to-find address, you will have the opportunity to do this at checkout.
We have no minimum order.

Don't worry. As long as you have cookies enabled and return using the same device, your basket may still be available for you to amend and complete.
What can I do if an item is out of stock or I cannot order the quantity I need?
Our stock control system only allows orders to be placed for the quantity we currently have available. If the website says you can only order a certain number, this means that is the quantity currently in stock.
Please contact us if you need a larger quantity. We may have more stock arriving soon, or we may be able to suggest a suitable alternative.
Can I add to an order once I've placed it?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to add anything. If your first order has not already left us, we will do our best to help combine your orders and refund any excess carriage costs where applicable.
Can I come to the warehouse to shop, or place my order by phone?
We are no longer a cash and carry, so orders should be placed through the website where possible. This is the best way to reserve stock and process your payment securely.
If you are unused to shopping online, please call us and we can talk you through the process step by step.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unless an item is faulty, returns must be authorised by us before goods are sent back. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
How much will delivery cost, how long will it take, and how is my order packed?
We pack orders according to their size and weight. To protect the environment and keep costs down, we use recycled packaging wherever possible, so if your box looks like it has been used before, it probably has!
We process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm are often dispatched the same day, although this may not always be possible during busy periods or for large orders.
UK mainland orders usually arrive within two working days after dispatch. Please allow extra time for UK highland and island addresses.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode and delivery details.
Do you accept international orders?
This website is mainly intended for UK orders. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise whether delivery is possible.
Do orders need to be signed for?
Most courier deliveries need to be signed for. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, and provide a daytime telephone number in case we or the courier need to contact you.
Can I select a different delivery address or choose my delivery time?
You can enter a different delivery address at checkout. Please ensure the address and postcode are correct, as incorrect details may cause delays or extra delivery charges.
We cannot offer pre-arranged timed deliveries at the time of ordering. Couriers may deliver any time during their delivery day, although you may receive an approximate delivery window by email or text once the courier has planned their route.
My order is later arriving than I expected, what should I do?
Please check whether you have received a delivery card, and check with neighbours, colleagues, reception areas or family members in case they have accepted the parcel for you.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us and we can track the delivery for you.

Yes. Our filled party bags are supplied ready to hand out, helping to save you time when organising parties, school events or group activities.
What is included in each product?
Each product page gives details of what is included. Please read the product description carefully before ordering, especially for filled party bags and food boxes where contents may vary by product.
Are your products suitable for children under 3?
Unless clearly stated otherwise, products containing toys or small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please always check the product description, packaging and any age guidance before giving items to children.
Do your products carry the correct safety labelling?
Where appropriate, our products carry the required safety labelling.
What is included in your children's food boxes?
The contents of each food box are listed on the individual product page. Please check the description carefully so you know exactly what is included before ordering.
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Please check product descriptions carefully for ingredients and allergen information. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, contact us before placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.
Do you have promotions and special offers?
We may run promotions, seasonal offers and new product launches from time to time. Please check the website regularly or sign up to our newsletter to hear about new products and offers.
Can I use images from your website?
Images from our website must not be copied or used without our permission. If you are a customer and would like to use an image of a product you have purchased, please contact us by email first.
Can you send me a brochure, spreadsheet or sample?
Our website is our brochure and is kept as up to date as possible. Because products and stock can change, we do not produce printed brochures, spreadsheets or price lists.
We are generally unable to send free samples. If you need to inspect a product, please place an order via the website.
Can you donate an item or money to help our fundraising?
We receive many requests for donations from charities and good causes. Much as we would like to help, we are unable to respond favourably to all donation requests.
Instead, we keep our prices as competitive as possible so customers can make the most of their budget for their event, school, charity or good cause.
