1. Ordering

1.1 Who Can Order

We accept orders from individuals, parents, schools, PTAs, charities, community groups, event organisers and businesses.

1.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Our stock control system only allows orders to be placed for the quantity currently available. If you cannot order the quantity you require, please contact us as additional stock may be arriving shortly.

1.3 Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.

1.4 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

Colours, packaging and contents may vary slightly from images shown on the website.


2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Where applicable, VAT will be added at checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by:

  • Debit card
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely.

We do not store your payment card details.

2.3 Pricing Errors

If we discover an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.


3. Delivery

3.1 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1pm are often dispatched the same working day, although this may vary during busy periods.

3.2 Delivery Times

UK mainland orders usually arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, traffic issues or circumstances beyond our control.

3.3 Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and postcode.

Additional delivery charges may apply if parcels need to be redirected due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3.4 Missed Deliveries and Safe Places

Most deliveries require a signature.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.

Customers may nominate a "safe place" for delivery. If goods are left in a designated safe place at the customer's request, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been made.

If goods are returned to us following failed delivery attempts, additional carriage charges may apply before the order can be resent.

3.5 Damaged Deliveries

If outer packaging or goods arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible.

Any shortages or damaged items must be reported by email within 2 working days of receipt.

3.6 International Orders

This website is primarily intended for UK customers.

If you are located outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

4.2 Returns

Returns must be authorised by us before goods are returned.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, food products, opened consumables and certain sealed items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Seasonal or clearance items may also be excluded from return unless faulty.

4.4 Refunds

Where refunds are approved, we reserve the right to deduct delivery charges and any costs incurred returning goods to us.

If free delivery was originally provided, we may deduct the actual delivery cost incurred by us from the refund amount.


5. Children's Products and Safety

Many products sold on this website contain small parts and may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Please read all packaging, warnings and age suitability information carefully before use.

Adult supervision may be required.

Where applicable, products carry the appropriate safety labelling.


6. Food Products and Allergens

Food box contents and ingredients may vary.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen information before consumption.

We cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens.

We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidoodle shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control
  • Losses arising from misuse of products
  • Minor variations in product appearance, packaging or contents

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Any personal information supplied to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.
